Adverb Placement: Already / Yet

Hello,

I wonder where the adverb should be placed to make the sentences below sound natural. Could you please advise? Because sometimes I hear people use an adverb before or after the verb. I'm not sure, though, if they are correct. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Have you eaten already?
Have you already eaten?

I've already eaten.
I've eaten already.
I've not already eaten.
I've not eaten already.

Have you registered yet?
Have you yet registered?

I've yet registered.
I've registered yet.
I've not yet registered.
I've not registered yet.

The following pair have only limited use, since 'already' does not normall appear in negative statements: I've not already eaten. I've not eaten already. The following question does not have the normal word order and would not be accepted.

Yes, the others are fine. This is not:

I have not paid yet my debt.

Your choices here are:

I have not yet paid my debt.
I have not paid my debt yet.
