Adverb of prior

While writing a publication, I wanted to put 'priorly' thinking this sounds weird.
Then when it was highlighted as a mistake, and after further searching on the internet, I realized that, indeed, this word was weird and actually non existent.
I had to change my sentence and put "previously", yet I would love to know what is the adverb of 'prior'. If there is none, why is that?

Thank you

com/dictionary/priorly Google Book Search throws up a fair number of instances of real-world use. Even so, in publications aimed at a general audience it may be best to choose a more familiar word!

You don't honestly think you can just stick -ly at the end of any adjective you want and have an adverb that's a real word, do you? bluely? uglily? overpricedly? frontly? enoughly? greaterly?

Well... uglily is actually an adverb...
Greaterly is the comparative of the adjective great, which has greatly for adverb
Enough is already an adverb itself...

For the other ones, I don't think you can say "in a *** way" therefore I would not look for -ly extension...

Do you have enough money?
