Adverb of manner placement

Hi,

Is there any grammatical difference between placing the adverb of manner before or after the verb, as in the examples below?

A. He slowly walked
B. He walked slowly

Thanks

Hi, It is merely that we say ‘He walked slowly’, not ‘He slowly walked’. Be sure to end your sentence in a period. Regards
