Adverb of manner

Do all the below sentences are grammatically correct?
1. Slowly she picked up the knife
2. She picked up slowly the knife
3. She picked up the knife slowly.

First and third one sound good for me. How about the second? Could someone please help me?

Agreed second one is wrong
also a good one 'she slowly picked up the knife'

Is that wrong or not natural? I have read that we can place the adverb right after the main verb or before the preposition. Could you please explain?

It's not wrong just unnatural to use in writings, etc.
In colloquial, nobody will have problem with that.
