Adverb definition

Hi teachers,

Is this definition correct or are there any mistakes?

Adverbs can describe verbs (give more information about the action) modify adjectives (affect the meaning of adjectives) and modify other adverbs. Many adverbs answer these questions HOW? WHEN? or WHERE? something is produced.

Thanks in advance
