Adverb and comma

Hello Friends,

Swiftly/quickly, I went through the letter.

I swiftly/quickly went through the letter.

When it comes to adverbs like this, can they be used in both ways?

Thanks, friends.

Adverbs of manner go at the end.

I went through the letter quickly.

Your other examples aren't wrong, but in my opinion "I quickly went ..." is better than "Quickly, I went ...".
