Adverb

He learns languages incredibly fast.

My fist question is,'Is this sentence correct?'.
My second question is,'I know 'fast' is an adverb of manner but what about 'incredibly'? Is it an adverb of manner too?
Please help.

I’ll probably be shot down here, but ‘incredibly’ is still modifying as an adverb. It is ‘intensifying’ the adverb. Since ‘incredibly’ can be used with ‘clever’, it has different functions in speech.
