Which one do you think is correct: "I surely would love to have it." or "I would surely love to have it."

In my opinion, it's a tossup. I hear them with about equal frequency.

Google:

"I surely would" 147,000

"I would surely" 557,000

As an aside, only the first could stand alone as an answer: "Would you love to have it?" (reply) "I surely would!" (Well, I suppose you could use the other with a comma.)
