Advantages to + ing
I found the following sentence form one of books that I've read.
There are advantages to living in an apartment.
Though it is evident that anyone can understand the meaning of the sentence, the confusing part is "advantages to living" in which they use "to + ing". I don't think "advantages to" is a phrasal verb. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if someone could explain why they use "to + ing" in the above sentence.
