Advantages and Disadvantages of countries with mainly young generations

There is an irrefutable fact that inhabitants of several nations currently contain an enormous number of young adults in comparison to the number of elderly individuals. While there are some disadvantages of this trend, I argue that its advantages are more significant.

It can be said that the young population has some significant negative effects. The first disadvantage is that the youngest are unlikely to control their emotions and actions. As a result, they can lead a life of debauchery and less concentrate on their own career. The national economy may be undeveloped because of the loose lifestyle of the young adults. Another drawback is there is a high rate of job competition between youngsters. Thus, unemployment in several countries can increase immediately. In other words, the redundancy of Human Resources may happen frequently. For instance, some studies investigate that the percentage of unemployment in Viet Nam is 2.2% and will keep increasing in the future.

Nevertheless, I am of the opinion that these drawbacks are outweighed by the benefits. One major positive aspect is that the youngest are more active and creative than older people. They can be exposed to technology and apply what they learned to occupation efficiently; therefore, the young generation can contribute plenty of worth-values to the national economy. Another advantage is it promotes globalization progress. Young adults can take advantage of using foreign languages to communicate with the global community around the world effortlessly. In addition, they can upgrade up-to-date knowledge from foreign resources, which helps them to have career prospect and devote themselves to their home country.

In conclusion, it seems to me that the advantages of the young population are more significant than the disadvantages.
