Please can you tell me how do you say this naturally?

Employers pay so bad nowadays that the state deserves that we take advantage of the system.

I don't really see the connection between the pay and the state. But you need badly rather than bad . Perhaps: Because the state allows employers to pay so poorly, the system deserves to be taken advantage of.
