Secondly, if working hours are reduced, this can increase motivation and productivity of labors. Because, working 8-10 hours in a day can lead much stress and unwillingness to their work. So, employees will able to spend more time with their family or friends or they can improve themselves in other fields with less working hours.
In conclusion,as technology and automation have reduced the need for manual labor, companies should minimize working hours for employees’ work-life balance and also for their benefit.
