Advanced and ahead of time / Pass for / more vs more often

Could you say these?

1 She's advanced for her age?
2 She's ahead of her time? (can you say this? What does this mean?)

3 She bought me a normal cat and tried to pass it for a persian cat.

4 You win more often than you lose/more than you lose.

thank you
