Advanced A-Z Boys' Names

Copied from Mister Micawber's Advanced A-Z Girls' Names. This is the MALE version since we don't have it yet.

1-- The previous poster has posted the first name of a well-known real or fictional male.
2-- The next poster must first identify the male (or another well-known male with the same name), and may then post a new name with the next letter of the alphabet.
