Advance Payment Request Letter

Dear Sir,
I am writing to request an advanced payment for my classes and exam sitting fee which will be held on the month of August 2013.
I would appreciate for the Company’s help to advance me the payment for all four module classes and the exam entry fee for the exam module 1 only. This payment advanced will be repaid through a series of deduction of my monthly salary which will be considered in the agreement of the Company according to its terms and conditions.
