Admonish myself

Which of the following sentences is acceptable?

(1) Although my teacher didn't find out my cheating on the test, I condemned the foolish behavior of myself.
(2) Although my teacher didn't find out my cheating on the test, I was still conscience-stricken.

(3) Therefore, I admonished myself "Be honest, no cheating."
(4) Therefore, I admonished myself: Be honest, no cheating.

The first two sentences are no good. I'd probably say something like Although my teacher didn't catch me cheating on the test, I felt bad about my foolish behaviour.

The first two sentences are no good. I'd probably say something like

Although my teacher didn't catch me cheating on the test, I felt bad about my foolish behaviour.
