There is no denying that some name brand products falling short of standards flow out of the company/factory.

It's true that some name brand products under standards hit the market.

Your third example evokes a different meaning of "under."** You haven't used "below" yet, so why not "which are below standard hit the market."?

If you wish to use "standards" in the plural, you can say, "which do not meet proper standards."
