Hello, teachers!
Please help me with these.

1. He doesn't admit [to] his fault.
Which is correct with or w/o 'to'? I think both are correct, but we usually don't use 'to'. Am I correct?

2-1. He admitted (to) lying.
2-2. He admitted (to) having lied.
I think these are all correct and have the same meaning. Am I right?
