Adjust

Imagine a situation where you are planning to do something with your friends from Germany who speak only a few words of English. You want to see a film in English, but you should probably adjust to them and buy tickets for a German film.

It's a silly example, but I couldn't think of anything better off the top of my head. I'm not sure if 'adjust' would even work in this case. It does sound a bit strange

What do you think?

Thank you.

You're right. You also need a full stop there.

Ann225you should probably adjust to them

It would be simpler and better to say you should consider them or you should reconsider.
