Is it correct to say:


a) "This picture is blurred."

b) "This picture is hazy."

a) "This picture is blurred." or blurry.

b) "This picture is hazy." not very common

c) "This picture is unsharp." no

Instead , I'd usually say

eg This isn't a good picture.

eg It's out of focus.
