Adjectives

1)That small indian restaurant in the next block serves fresh meals.

2)the little black dog barked at the well-dressed stranger.

answer:
1)that, small, indian, the , next, fresh.
2)old, wood, the, well-dressed

i am not able to understand why there are THAT and THE in the answer. according to me that is a pronoun and the is an article isn't it.

please tell me the reason.

there are very less chances that answer can be incorrect but they can be inncorect.
