is it correct to say "more louder" for more emphasise. Actually I dont know how to emphazie on the adjectives especially one syllable adjectives. please help. thank you

"Louder" is already an emphasis of "loud". The same happens with "stronger" which emphasizes "strong".

In fact, "more" before "louder" is redundant.
