Adjective with suffix less

I have to find all adjective words with suffix less, it's my groupwork. I found, but when i search on oxford dictionary for meaning, some words didn't have result such as : actionless, bootless, answerless. Do they always mean negative with the origin words?

With such a common suffix, one that is in fact often used on an ad hoc basis, you will not find dictionary entries for all possible adjective formations using it.
