Adjective with ing and ed

I am so confused about adjective

There are alot of kinds of adjective

Happy / married / and some time verb with ed or ing considers adjective

Could someone explain that to me in nice way please !

John is bored because of Sarah's boring sotry

Here both are adjective!

I am confusing !

Adj or verb?

I will do skating.
