Q1. Which is grammatically (as opposed to semantically) correct?

A. Welcome to Tibet, "the land breathing alive, given by the Heaven"

B. Welcome to Tibet, "the land breathing alive, and given by the Heaven"

I meant something like the following:

The problem is that 'breathing alive' has no meaning for me. Perhaps you intend something like this:

Welcome to Tibet, a surreal land blessed by ***.

Thanks for your semantic suggestion.

I would also like to learn whether the followings are grammatically correct. (Should I say the following is, even they are plural two?)

A. "the pant breathing alive, given by the Heaven"

B. "the plant breathing alive, and given by the Heaven"

Thanks again
