Adjective one's noun, Possible?

Please look at this question.

"Medibank now offers customers greater____,
allowing them to customized their health insurance policy"

a. return b. flexibility c. insight d. effect

The correct answer is "b.flexibility". I agree with it. What I want to know is why the questioner wrote as "customized their health insurance policy".

Can't I write as "their customized health insurance policy"? "customized" is an adjective. Sometimes can we write this form " Adjective one's noun"?

Thank you for your answer in advance.

Hi,

I would write, '.....allowing them to customize their health insurance policy.' Only this way does everything make sense,.

It's a mistake. It should be '... to customized ...'

Thank you so much for your pointing out. I've also thought that sentence has been a little odd. I'm curious why he didn't use a normal form. (eg it allows them to save more money)

Then, is it a wrong sentence? Thank you for your confirmation in advance.
