Adjective of "move"

In one of my recent tests, there is a question like this : "The robot has a _____ arm to lift things up-(move)".It told us to fill in the correct form of the verb "move" so I filled in "moveable". But my teacher said that was incorrect. She said "moving" was the correct one. So which one is right, "moveable" or "moving" ?Can you help me ? I would be really grateful if you answer this question.
