Adjective like 'depressed' but not exactly

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for an adjective like 'depressed' (but not exactly). For example it is very cloudy, you have a headache, and you want to express it with an adjective. You are NOT sad. You are just a little bit tired. Maybe it is caused by a weather front. The feeling is similar. Or maybe after you dealt with weed (By the way, I don't have experience of weed. I just guessed.). You can't do your best because of this condition. It causes absent-mindedness Emotion: big smile I was just teaching a girl for an hour (approximately) and she was in this condition. She said it was because she accidentally swallowed some lacquer / paint.

Maybe you can say a good adjective or expression for this.

Thanks for your help in advance.
