adjective + "ing"-verb
Hey guys,
I recently heard somebody say something like; "As Long as some people are unable debating with words..." To me that sounds a bit odd and i would rather say it like " ...are unable to debate with words..." but I was told that the "unable + debating" construction is fine, as well.
Is that really true? Because to me it sounds somehow weird!

It’s definitely wrong. Your version with to debate is the correct way to say it.
