Adjective clauses

I was wondering, is there a degree of correctness in the following sentences?

1. The man to whom he's talking is a friend of mine / the branch on which you're standing is going to break.

2. The man whom/that he's talking to ... / the branch which/that you are sitting on ...

3. The man he's talking to ... / the branch you're sitting on ...
