Adjective and Adverbial

Hi guys.
Which one seems more correct?
1. ''I have just received a request from management to conduct a survey on customers satisfaction in our services.''

2. ''I have just received a request to conduct a survey on customers satisfaction in our services from management.''

In the first sentence, "from management" functions as an adjective modifying "request". What about "to conduct a survey on customers satisfaction"?

In the second sentence, "to conduct a survey on customers satisfaction in our service" functions as an adjective modifying "request", and from management functions as an adverbial?

I'd say that in both your examples, the preposition phrase “from management” is a post-head modifier of the noun “request”. The fact that in your second one it is separated from the noun by other material makes no difference. ” is in construction with the noun “request”, but this time it’s not a modifier, but a complement licensed by “request”.
