Adjectives are used with nouns. Adverbs are used with verbs.

So you need to know the difference between nouns and verbs first. Are you sure of your ability to identify nouns and verbs?

It would be better to post questions that are more specific.
Why don't you post a few of the sentences from your quiz that you didn't understand.
