Hello,

1. A jewel that is partly precious or valueable.

(a ------precious stone)

2. An office that does not have enough worker.

(an ------staffed office).

I have to fill up the gap with some word (like semi,under,over, multi,inetr) .

I am not able find out the correct word. Please help me out.
