0 Music-on-hold is one form of information—it informs callers that they are still connected in queue. Is music-on-hold is a noun do we need hyphen, please advise. 02br

00When a call arrives at the head of a queue, if agents are available the ACD routes the call directly to the most-idle agent unless the caller is connected to an announcement before being routed. do "most-idle agent" need a hyphen eventhough it is an adjective usually superlative forms need not need a hyphen like lowest risk factor. Please advise. 0-
