adjectival form

0Hi,02br
02br

00Pllease look all the plural nouns that are used as adjecitves.02br
02br
00Education, training and skills (not skill??) Development policy -- Why capitalize just "Developement"? 02br
02br
00Private phone calls policy02br
02br
00Employment Contrcats policy -- Why capitalize "Employment Contracts" (possibly because there might be an internal document named "Employement Contracts"?? Any other possible reasons you can think of?)02br
02br
00Gifts, donationas and sponsorship policy 02br
02br
00Mannagement of payments, receipts and cash resources policy -- Can all those words arranged that way be a composite adjective?02br
02br
00Public Relations Policy -- Why capitalize all words? 0-

0 Those are generally correct in singular, but those are 01b00single 02b00words, not a compound. In a compound, I think you must make sure it is right by itself, and only then that it's an adjective. 0-
