Addressing a fan letter/unnkown reader

Hello,

I would appreciate any tips on addressing a fan letter, should I include the title Mr/Miss or just the full name? Also, accompanied by the letter is an introductory letter to their agents (as I am sending the letter through them), how do I address them? Anything better than "Dear Sir/Madam"?

Hi, I think it would be great if you address it as Dear [first name] so that you are on a more personal level with them. Hope this helps
