in negative addition to negative remarks the sentence formed by: nor/neither+auxiliary+subject,but i don't understand this example(they didn't use it neither we did)

The example is the wrong structure. It should read 'They didn't use it and neither did we.'
Now we have auxiliary + subject (did + we).
