Adding travel expensen

Hi

I'm trying to write a business proposal and don't know how to write that the business expenses will be billed depending of the actual cost i.e not a fixed price. Current account? is that the correct term?

Could you pelae advise, thank you

I think you would need to write something like: The business expenses will be billed dependent on their actual cost, not a fixed cost. However, it will depend on what terms you are expected to use.
