Addiction test

As I know we use sobriety test for cheching if sb is drunk or not,

But what do we call a test to check if somebody is addicted to opium, heroin and so forth?

can we use addiction test?

It's a drug test . There is no test, I think, for addiction, but merely for use, just as a sobriety test tests for use, not alcoholism.
