can i say BC

or most say before christ !!

Hi LoRalay, Most of the time we simply say AD or BC. Only when we want to further clarify what the abbreviation stands for do we give the full form of it. Hope this helps.

It's extremely rare for someone to say "before christ" or "anno Domini." It's always said "B.C." or "A.D."; the context makes it clear that they refer to a year.
