Adapt vs adjust

How would you naturally phrase this?

A wedding photographer says:

I adjust my photography style to/for each wedding. If clients want photos a little darker or lighter, I adapt to their wants.

Is adjust the correct verb?

thank you

"Adjust" is fine, but I don't care for "wants." I would say desires, requests, or requirements.
