Activity sheet
Hi.
Videos, however, are ideal for use with everyone present in the class, especially when children have individual activity sheets to help them focus their minds on what is in the video.

I don't get the meaning of "acitivity sheet" here. I also consulted it in my dictionaries and there is no definition at all.
Could you explain it?
