Activevoice to passive voice

1) Actually ask for help, using the word "please." Don't just post an assignment.
2) Space your questions out (like I'm doing here). Don't cram tham all into a single paragraph.

A passive is not really acceptable. It would have to be *'Whom is wanted here by you?'

BillJIt's important to include the subject of the active clause as a passive agent by-phrase in the passive version.
I agree with this if the subject of the active clause is well-defined. In some of these, with "someone" or "they" as the subject, I would say you don't need the agent in the passive. I think "The elections are being postponed" is a fine passi

I guess there is no need to write By somebody, by him...
Because of a simple reason, these are all Pronouns, and we can omitt the pronouns in Reported speech.

What concerns to Nouns (Common or Proper), these are Must, they must be included in Reported Speech.

E.g. The child Broke the vase
The Vase was broken by the Child.
