Active Voice !!!

Dear friends,

I learnt that to change the form of voice to other we should know the subject, object and form of the sentence. Hence

He sees the moon. (Present Indefinite)
The moon is seen by him. (Passive voice)

Now could you please explain something about the following and convert it into active voice ?

Q1. I will not be gone for long.

Thanks and best regards,

d_say I will not be gone for long. The sentence is in the active voice; it just looks like a passive. Gone is used adjectivally and means absent.

Cool Breeze thank you.
Cool BreezeGone is used adjectivally and means babsent.
But when I search Gone (Adjective) in the Sage's dictionary, I find:

Gone(Adjective)

1. Dead.
2. Destroyed or killed.
3.No longer retained.

4. Well in the past; former.

If you think I wrote babsent, you've got a good reason to be confused.
