They are building a new subway in that town.
He is putting some chairs in that room.
We will send the letter by e-mail.
You must pay these bills.

Can someone put this to passive.

well it's not. I haven't got a clue what to do with that in first 2 sentences. Does it stays the same or changes into a, the or something. These bills or those bills in passive. And the e-mail one if I end it by e-mail it seems wrong.

(1) Please remember the passive usually needs a form of "be" +

a past participle.

(2) Your first two sentences have an -ing form of the verb. Thus

you will need the -ing form of "be," which is "being":

A new subway is being built in that town (by them).
