Active or passive voice?

Should I use the active or passive voice in this sentence?

1. "Our shop will close at 10:00pm"

2. "Our shop will be closed at 10:00pm"

Thanks!

I'd use #1. The second might imply that the shop will be in a state of being closed at 10 pm, which could mean that someone might close it at 8 or 9 pm.
