which one is correct? I should use acitve or passive here?

1. "The money has transferred."

2. "The money has been transferred."

2. "The money has been transferred (eg by the bank)."

Use #2.

If I want to write it in acitve voice, it is correct to say, "I have already transferred the money to you through/by the bank."?

Yes. But say 'via the bank'.
We often just say 'I have already transferred the money to you.'
