active and passive voice

hey. I have this imperative sentence : "Stand away"
I wrote in passive voice: "You are requested to stand away" but the answer was "you are URGED to stand away". Why? Is my sentence possible or not? Thank you so much!

This must be something like "new grammar". I've never heard of changing an imperative to passive voice, and if there were such a thing, the passive of "Stand away" would be "Be stood away".
