The fact that this fragment also includes the phrase "knowledge product" tells me this is "consultant speak," that weird form of English spoken by people who get paid huge hourly amounts while visiting a company they know nothing about. (Okay, that isn't an entirely fair thing to say, but I have a bias.)

"Actionable" means "that can lead to a lawsuit against one". So, if a person says "What you are saying is actionable", he means "What you are saying can lead to a lawsuit against you" or, in other words, "I can bring you to court for what you are saying".

I did read the entire phrase. The question, however, is whether Jhandsom correctly reproduced the original phrase at all. As you can see, he misspelled several words and the exactness of the phrase is therefore in doubt.

As for "actionable", I still think it has to do with lawcourts. "Actionable information" here can be construed to mean "inform

Yeah, but not when you're a consultant. When you're a consultant, you don't plan, you "vision." Your plan isn't a plan, is a "visioning statement." You don't "use what you already have" but you "leverage pre-existing assets."

So it seems quite likley to me that rather than saying "information that is reliable enough that we can make decisions based on it," they would say "actionable info
