The movie's action that I watched was great but I was strayed off from the story.

The movie's action that I watched was great but I could not follow the story.

Are they correct?

Your first sentence doesn't use the verb 'stray' properly. The phrase "that I watched" is unnecessary and only makes the sentence sound odd. You should either delete it or reword the sentence: The movie's action was great but I could not follow the story.
